NEW: Talent/Succession Management Practicum: Secrets and Best Practices for Implementation
This 2-day class offers something that goes much deeper into succession planning/talent management and has the Choices certification imbedded into it (which gives you the ability to accurately identify high potentials) and goes into the best practices and processes surrounding talent management. Space is limited so be sure to register early for discounted pricing and to assure your spot in the class.

In this exciting new workshop we will explore; communications, logistics, record keeping, education, data collection, leadership support, facilitating the talent review meetings and subsequent development planning and follow up actions, how to make it (and keep it) from being an annual event and ensure that it's sustainable, and building in accountability. There will be small group exercises and practice sessions as well as practical discussions around implementation.

Because the Choices Architect(R) certification is built in, attendees will have had to complete the prerequisite LA 101 before this workshop. If you have not already taken LA 101, then either the February 22-23rd or March 21-22nd LA 101 classes world work for you. We are very excited to be able to offer this workshop since we know from our conversations with many of you that you're gearing up to improve or implement succession planning in your own organizations. And this hands-on workshop is a perfect way to prepare to launch that effort.

LA 101 is the prerequisite for all other certifications.
