Lisa Crawford, founder and president: Lisa has worked for more than 20 years designing, facilitating and leading change and learning initiatives with organizations throughout the U.S. and Europe. She has extensive experience in creating competency-based HR systems that reinforce strategic objectives and organizational values. She specializes in integrating human resource systems into organization-wide business processes so leadership development becomes a natural part of an enterprise rather than an afterthought. And she is a former Leadership Architect® customer, so she has had first-hand experience in implementing the tools for herself.
Lisa is one of a small number of worldwide Independent Associates of KORN/FERRY Leadership and Talent Consulting, Powered by Lominger the preeminent leadership and organization development company in the world. She is certified in Lominger's entire Leadership Architect® suite of organization development products and conducts regular public certifications on all those tools in the San Diego area.
Prior to beginning her consulting practice, Lisa was most recently director of organization effectiveness for Premier Inc., and the leader of worldwide performance and leadership development for Becton Dickinson and Company.
With a strong background in total human resources management for both profit and not-for-profit organizations, Lisa has extensive experience in all phases of leadership development and talent management including; succession planning, executive coaching, performance management, organization development, employment, and training. She’s worked with manufacturing, technology, finance, healthcare, government, education and many other sectors. She is warm, goal-focused, honest and has a down-to-business style and has the ability to make the complex – easily understandable.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Massachusetts, and a master’s degree in training and organization development from Lesley University. Lisa has been an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. where she taught in the training and development program before moving to Southern California. Lisa also is the host of the Southern California Leadership Architect® Users group, which is held three times a year in various locations around Southern California.
